The number one excuse we hear for anything
is, "Sorry. I'm busy." Rey reminds us that there is no excuse: "I've seen your daily routine. You are not busy." Years from now someone will ask you why you didn't invest in crypto in 2018 and you might answer, "I was busy." Someone will ask why you didn't find a way to at least continue blogging on Steemit and you might answer, "I was busy." I asked my son why he couldn't keep up with his vacation homework for the past week and he answered, "I was busy." The amount of homework he has will just take fifteen minutes a day but he opens it up and underneath I find he is reading a comic book or just rolling around his bed setting up his Star Wars figures for a grand battle. Then I ask him any simple question and he answers, "Sorry, I was busy." He is not the only one. I am notorious for this. I get a simple request to send two files to a friend and my answer is, "Just a minute. I am busy." Every responsibility comes to this answer, "I am busy." Rey puts it right in our face: "I've seen your daily routine. You are not busy."
Given the nature of this quote
we should either change our daily routine or help out those who ask something from us. Just to the end of last year I found myself right before going to bed scrolling through my phone, sometimes commenting and sometimes making transfers for bots or exchanging SBD to Steem. My excuse was that I was busy. Then all night I would worry or have the smart phone images embedded in my head. The result was I couldn't sleep well and woke up the next morning not able to do what I needed to do. The dilemma I had was how to make my daily routine effective and still be able to blog on Steemit effectively? Part of the answer was the busy.org platform. I could save drafts of my writing and find short cuts for markdown. I don't have to say, "I am busy" because they are
