This paradox has my head spinning:

Make a comment and number it properly.
Wait for two more people to comment before commenting again.

I wrote this rule to create variety. The waiting time of 2 comments was given so that the wait would not be unbearable causing contestants to give up waiting.

But what if that comment was not valid in the contest? Should it be counted towards the number of comments to wait? I had not explicitly expressed this in the rules.

I looked through all the comments made on the main post and did not find a similar incidence. Given past experience all other times the users had waited 3 or more comments to make a comment if a post comment was void.

What did other users think about the the rule? @vikbuddy said this:

He saw the rule as keeping track of the numbered comments. That was my intention, but since I did not explicitly state that in the rules or in the comments then @paradox's comment #51 is valid according to contest rules.

As you know there are exactly five winners to this contest. I am however adding a consolation prize to @d-pend for a delegation of 50POB with the hope that @d-pend may continue to interact with the #proofofbrain community and enjoy doing so.
