This guy in a penguin suit is taking over Korea. 馃惂 Every new year a special person will ring the New Year bell in Korea. And this year it goes to the EBS character Pengsoo the penguin.
This penguin was introduced for children educational entertainment programing but he is also poular with adults. He is frequently usingvthe EBS president as the punchlone of his jokes.
Well my wife loves this guy. And I learned something from this fad that is growing bigger than BTS. People like a cute underdog. This encourages me a lot to create comics in the New Year not for a penguin but for my own characters.
