Most of them have been harmless but I have met a lot more bugs here in Korea than I ever saw in my hometown in Illinois. In my hometown bugs come out in July and they mostly consist of flies, ants and sometimes these rolly polly kind of critters. If I saw the bugs I see in Korea when I was a kid in Chicago I would definitely feel lucky. Although sometimes it is not so lucky to find a centipede behind you. I'm sorry but the dangerous ones do get crushed. They go right down the toilet.
These guys can get pretty big and I don't mind them as long as they are not in the bedroom.
Although I have been told that some are poisonous.
I've gotten used to living with these friends. I've even managed to live with the mosquitoes but it is the centipedes that bother me the most. They squeeze through the air conditioner and end up under a cabinet somewhere.
How are the bugs where you live?
