One can find these statues just about everywhere there is a courthouse temple or certain government buildings, as the false gods of the elites want us to worship man and man's law instead of the Natural Law of Jesus Christ of "do unto others as you would have them do unto you."
This is the message of Jesus Christ as he came to fulfill the law because the old testament no longer applies. The Talmudic Jews reject Christ as their "messiah" because they want to continue their deviant behavior by using the creation of debt based money to steal, molest children, murder, and enslave mankind. They will not openly admit this is their plan however, this knowledge has been gained by studying the Rabbis' interpretations and translations of the Talmud. This is the reason that they have been expelled from every nation and persecuted for 6,000 years of recorded history.
The statue is the Roman goddess Justitia, representing the virtue of Justice. She is usually blindfolded, and holds scales in one hand with a sword in the other.
The scales are supposed to represent equality and impartiality, that every one is equal under the law, and the evidence should be weighed on it's own merit.
This concept is possibly drawn on the Egyptian goddess Ma'at, who presided over the afterlife. The heart of the deceased would be balanced on the scales against a feather and if it was shown to be lighter than the feather, they would be allowed passage into the underworld.
The ancient goddess Ma'at represented concepts like truth and justice, same as Justitia did during the Roman empire.
Scales also represent weights and measures, especially when dealing with precious metals such as gold and silver.
The hidden side of the blindfolded goddess holding scales, is that courts are not about Justice! Courts are about commerce, and about making revenue for the state. In every court case there is a dollar amount attached to it, whether it be for a penal sum in a criminal action, or there is a plaintiff suing for damages in a civil suit.
She is blindfolded and outwardly extending scales, therefore whoever has the most money the outcome is going to be in their favor.
Near the end of the life cycle of an empire, there is rampant corruption and usually coins are debased. This is where they stop using precious metals such as gold and silver and again using cheap metals such as tin, aluminum, and zinc.
When countries use common metals to mint their coins, what happens is that the valuable coins made of rare metals begin to disappear out of circulation. This is a principle known as Gresham's law in economics. People generally hold on to what's valuable and spend the cheaper currency instead.
In the United States, we haven't had any precious metals in our money since 1964. After JFK was assassinated, Lyndon Johnson reversed everything that Kennedy had done. Every president that has been in office since John F Kennedy has been a puppet of their NWO masters.
What we have today in the United States are legal tender laws, commonly known as fiat currency. This is where we are given worthless paper debt notes in exchange for real money. We are ordered to use these by decree, and it's currency backed by force. The only reason it has any value it's because they have fooled us into thinking it does...

My fellow brothers and sisters, when you are dragged into court, you are not getting Justice. You're getting robbed. Once you cross that wooden wall, you have been entered international waters and you are on board Her Majesty's ship. That judge is the captain of that ship and he is also playing the role of the banker. It's a private jurisdiction under International maritime law and you are treated as An Enemy of the State!
Everyone in that courtroom represents the state besides you and whatever spectators maybe in the gallery. Even your own attorney is against you. His first duty is to the court and to the bar, not to his client. This is why you should never get an attorney as you are just feeding the beast more sustenance. One does not have to be an attorney to be "in properia persona."
You are a living, spiritual being, not a dead, corporate fiction. The courthouses are temples of the Saturnian death cult and are for the dead, not the living. Do not fear them and speak truth to power.
Our power is in our knowledge and we must stand on the land, not in the sea. Admiralty Maritime law is the law of the sea. I encourage folks to learn common law of the land as well as the difference between English vernacular and the legal language.
Just know that they love to take a word and turn it into a "term," giving it 5 or 6 contradictory additional definitions.
Example: "It" will be defined in this section as such and such. Unless it is followed by a big, yellow school bus, it means this and this but if it is preceded by an orange and white ambulance, then it is defined as this in article 3. However, if you see a garbage truck in article 2 for the purposes of the remainder of this statute, then you are probably required to file as a "taxpayer."
