People talk as though the U.S. is a capitalist system. It's no longer true while 80% of the population lives under what is literally corporate fascism -- as our laws and policies by design, are intended to cater to corporate interests over the interests of the vast majority of public citizens.

At best, less than 20% of US citizens are operating as true capitalists. There are several reasons this has occurred; one is that those capitalists at the apex of the political-economic totem were so successful they were able to imposed corporate governance (which is fascism) over the rest of our society. This raises the question of whether or not we can consider what was practiced as true capitalism because there were numerous laws broken involving bribed and coerced politicians who've violated their oaths to serve the public -- in order to impose fascism that benefits the wealthiest among us at the public's expense.

What we have domestically is corporate fascism for 80% of the public. And what our foreign policies amount to more than anything else in the last hundred and some years, is that our fascist military and CIA impose economic and military totalitarianism on other countries and innocent people for the same oligarchs and plutocrats that imposed corporate fascism in the US.Note our politicians and fakestream media are essentially catering to those at the top of the system to advance their careers by selling these fascist domestic policies and totalitarian foreign policies to the public through the 24/7 propaganda apparatus known as the major mainstream media networks.
