Top diplomats from world powers(China, France, Germany, Russia and the U.K) will convene in Vienna for the first time without the U.S. in order “to ensure the continued implementation” of the accord, which granted Iran a reprieve from sanctions in exchange for limits to its nuclear program.
It's really interesting to see their strength and willingness to go without US on board. Trump administration is rethinking almost every diplomatic and economic relationship. Probably US is testing the depth for future course of action. How effectively and efficiently rest of the world is going to react is still a mystery box.
