Up above the world so high
Took two months for the pigeon,
To know her clampdown
As she fluttered her soft,
pearl white wings which
stuck in between,
The metal chords which
resembled her fears,
The wings; a metaphor of her insecurities
Her eyes yearned some rest,
Her claws, some peace
And the blare, which the wings made,
Shouted her distorted symphonies.
And then,
Right when she was going
the way of all flesh,
Came a passerby,
Who patted her soft,
pearl white wings which
stuck in between,
Ajared the aviary of her fears,
Swept off her distorted symphonies.
Up above the mild horizons,
Just where her home was,
She flied.
And then,
With vehement denials,
she flied down at the alone passerby,
Made a home on his shoulders.
And just like that,
she introduced herself,
To a new world without cages and fears.
And flied up above the world so high.
