I think the game mechanics should add an additional bonus to like 20% additional DEC on winning and 20% chance of getting legendary/epic cards for those players that are less than 30 days after they bought spellbook.

And aside from that new players should receive delegated powerful untamed cards that are not-transferrable/cannot be sold in the market. By that, they would have a better chance to rank up and receive better numbers of reward cards every end of the season.
