I would prefer "Lost to Legendary Monsters may not be used in battle" as it would give us newbies to have a chance of winning as we all know that most Legendary Monsters and Summoners are more powerful than of the commons and rares.

And this card game modifier gives more excitement as I can consider this as a fair battle. Especially me who got low in cards.
