Inkscape is a free and open source software that is used to create drawings, illustrations , charts and many others. It has a lot of tools that able you to create best drawing output.
It can also render primitive vector shapes and text. It supports optional tracing and raster graphics which enables the editor to create vector graphics on photos.
You can also manipulate transformation of the shapes easily whether you will be rotating, scaling or skewing.
It supports on many platforms such as Windows, Linux , FreeBSD and MacOS. Works perfectly on 32 and 64 architecture.
