I have heard tremendous things about those places you've mentioned in India, and I hope that one day I will make it to that part of the world.

The canal system here in the UK is pretty unique, so yes, I am extremely grateful to be able to live this way.

I believe every word you've said about Indians not making any food waste. Your cuisine and intricacies of preparation are outstanding.
