Hello @meilo1995, your post is so informative, and I can feel the excitement in your days with coffee.
I do like my coffee really hot, not burning, but definitely not warm. I actually drink my coffee and tea faster than the usual person, because I hate the change of temperature.
I do agree that it should not be too hot to burn.
I will have to bookmark some of your posts, even if just for fun. I'm self-taught coffee maker, but I've always wanted to do barista training, and from the tone of your post, I think you're someone I'd definitely like to train with :)
