I personally would opt for a coffee shop with co-working spaces than an Instagram able one, simply because instagrammable sounds like it would attract superficial customers who would get under my skin.

I think in terms of sustainability, that the taste and quality of the beverages and the food the establishment provides, is what will be the driving force for success.
