Yes, it is an awesome way to live.
We've been trying to do this for the past 12 years, and it finally happened.
It's our starter boat which is very small, but it's best for us to navigate our way around the canal and get comfortable with the manoeuvring and if we love it, and not too attached to this one, then we could trade it and upgrade to something bigger.
It's cozy as it is and the previous owner who was a Marine Engineer, did a great job with the use of small space to fit it out to feel and look like a modern flat:)
