My friends and the cycle community members,

I hope everyone is okay and having a good day,

* * * Cycling is not what u see as just a route or travel it's meaning behind u can't see, So today I want to share some of photos of me cycling , so these are not just cycle photos of bicycle but these are a message and a feeling behind it.

So today the weather is very beautiful When the sun is sitting and that time the roads are also less crowded and I saw a person sitting on a bicycle he was moving towards his destination with peace mind and these glimpse realize me of bicycle, Cycle is not just ride or ride it improves the health and a person physically and mentally.

Cycling for like less than 20 minutes but with consistency made the body active, strengthen the leg muscles and improve heart health, it also improves and reduce the mental stress, So I will tell u my story of a few days I was very Worried and feel very depressed in these days by the work So after this I decided to ride on a bicycle I travel a few kilometers and it was first time so my heart was very pumping and a sweat all over my body, So after a day I feel more energetic,calm and active than before and I was surprised and I decided to do everyday. And another advantage of cycling is that it didn't cause any pollution and doesn't require any fuel or anything just your stamina and your time but it's has very benifits, And one other thing a cycle can teach us the consistency and patience when traveling long distance, there is ups and downs in speed and every route u take and it implies on our life too in life there is ups and downs, joy and sadness but we have to take this route bcz it is a life , a life is like route and we need to go on Patience and consistent and this lesson applies to our lives as well,

When I was taking these photos I realized a bicycle is not just a two-wheeled vehicle, it is a symbol of freedom, self-confidence and continuous movement.
