Since I do not currently know how to pull a list of thousands of upvoters from api, entrants will need to also leave a comment with a random number.. or just a comment and the random numbers will be unrandomly assigned in the order that they are processed. unless someone can tell me how to pull a full list of upvoters from a steemit post.
