Excellence is a journey; there is no doubt about that.
Typically, a journey starts with a great excitement and as the journey progresses, we encounters some existing things as well as constraints that could hampered the journey.
In order to forge ahead in our journey(as it applies to each one of us), we must be able to converts some of our constraints to creative ideas and consistently brainstorming on how to turn barriers to opportunities.
Have you ever paused to ask yourself some salient questions? Have you achieved the targets you set for yourself at the beginning of the year? Do you constantly find that no one knows who you are? Then it is possible that you have not broken
Don't allow the ABILENE PARADOX to distract you from your goals; wanting to go in the same direction as everyone because that seems to be the norm, only to realise that it wasn't a worthwhile journey.
Don't get caught in the ABILENE PARADOX. Strive to be innovative, strive to achieve your goals this year and continue the support on the excellence journey of your life.
