Yes, we were there for Christmas in 2017. To be honest, I was the least fascinated by Santa's Village, but it was definitely unforgettable 👍. My son will certainly not forget it, even though he was a young boy. Finland (Lapland) itself is a top destination. We stayed in Rovaniemi, we went on a reindeer and husky ride which was great. The nature itself is amazing and the vibe of the city was so relaxed and different from here, everything was so calm. My only regret is that we didn't get to see the northern lights, so I have an excuse to go back again 😉. When we were there, we looked at the brochures about the summer time and decided that we should definitely go back, even though there would't be the northern lights.
