Buhteljni is the Slovenian word for this pastry. In Slovenia, this it is an old traditional dish that is not so popular nowadays. I know that they are offered at some Austrian ski slopes, they are even served with vanilla cream,.... I'm not so familiar with Czech cuisine, I know only some dumplings and Becherovka 😀
