Hi everyone, for the #POBPhotocontest I would like to share with you a collage of images from my recent walks in the biggest playground that we have – the nature.
We live in error if we think that a leaf is just a leaf, and we do not notice the extraordinary diversity that is hidden in many shapes, colours, textures, thicknesses, etc. Just take a walk through the forest and you will immediately see the infinite originality of nature. The leaf in its myriad forms. Leaf shapes and sizes are adapted to the environment where the plants live and thrive. All beautiful in their diversity but at the end all called leaves.
Seasonality plays a big role in the leaf’s life circle, but also significantly impact on their visual apparency. The most colourful is, without doubt, autumn, when yellow, orange, red and brown alternate to create an incredible art work. A real feast for the eyes!
But we all know, that the king is still the green colour. We could even say it's the colour of life, because without the green colour, without chlorophyll, without plants, there is no life.
If you have a chance, you can take a piece of the colourful nature to your home and brighten up our living space.
