Gratitude is one of the things that honors God when we practice it as a way of life, because if we should be grateful to someone in this life, it is from God for all the wonders and benefits we receive from day to day, then show gratitude for the little things and for the people that God puts at our side and our life is extremely important for our spiritual life.
Gratitude brings blessings and joy to our inner life, thanking and thanking God for all that we receive is priceless. God longs for his creation to be grateful and put it into practice.
We read Paul's advice in thessalonica:
Always be joyful. Pray without ceasing. Give thanks in everything, because this is God's will for you in Christ Jesus.

It is really the will of God that we give thanks to Him for everything and in all circumstances.
David was one of the men of God who experienced this wonderful experience when he exclaimed:
I will bless Jehovah at all times;
His praise shall continually be in my mouth.
(Psalm 34: 1). (UBS)
Everything we live and do is a reason to thank God for the miracle of existing and for the opportunity it grants us and not only for us but also for all the people who are at our sides. We read Paul's advice:
I do not cease to give thanks for you, remembering you in my prayers, 17 so that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give you a spirit of wisdom and revelation in his knowledge (Ephesians 1: 16-17 ) (UBS))
