Saludos a todos los miembros de Hive y a mis queridos amigos y compañeros de la comunidad SWC ¿Qué tal están? Soy Milagro De la Rosa (@milagroscdlrr) y el día de hoy quiero compartirles lo que fue la hermosa experiencia que tuvimos el 11 de Septiembre en Barquisimeto, estado Lara. En donde la Comunidad de Street Workout hizo su 5ta exhibición. Se me presentaron muchísimos problemas para realizar mi post a tiempo, es por ello que lo estoy publicando meses después. Sin embargo, cada quién tuvo una persepción diferente a la mía, por eso no quise pasar por alto esta publicación y lo que viví yo personalmente como miembro de la Comunidad ese día.
Greetings to all the members of Hive and to my dear friends and colleagues of the SWC community. How are you? I'm Milagro De la Rosa (@milagroscdlrr) and today I want to share with you the beautiful experience we had on September 11th in Barquisimeto, Lara state, where the SWC Street Workout Community had its 5th exhibition. Where the Street Workout Community made its 5th exhibition. I had a lot of problems to make my post on time, that's why I'm publishing it months later. However, everyone had a different perspective than mine, so I did not want to overlook this publication and what I personally experienced as a member of the Community that day.
PUNTO DE ENCUENTRO - TRANSCURSO Y LLEGADA AL CENTRO COMERCIAL
MEETING POINT - COURSE AND ARRIVAL AT THE SHOPPING CENTER
Como parte del grupo de moderación, se acordó que yo debía encontrarme con los atletas que iban a asistir a este evento. El punto de encuentro fue en el C.C Parque Aragua, entre las 7:30 am-8:00 am para la espera del bus.
As part of the moderation group, it was agreed that I should meet the athletes who were going to attend this event. The meeting point was at the Parque Aragua shopping centre, between 7:30-8:00 am to wait for the bus.
En lo que llegaron todos los atletas y acompañantes como: Fotógrafo, fisioterapeutas, asesora técnica, asistentes de apoyo, etcétera, procedimos a montarnos en el bus para así dar inicio a nuestro viaje hasta Barquisimeto, estado Lara. En el transcurso del viaje, varios de mis compañeros aprovecharon para tomar un descanso, ya que era un viaje de 3-4hrs aproximadamente.
As soon as all the athletes and their companions arrived: Photographer, physiotherapists, technical advisor, support assistants, etc., we proceeded to get on the bus to start our journey to Barquisimeto, Lara state. In the course of the trip, several of my companions took the opportunity to take a break, as it was a journey of about 3-4hrs.
Luego de 3-4 horas de viaje, por fin llegamos al Estado Lara.
After a 3-4 hour drive, we finally arrived in Lara State.
Luego de unos minutos, llegamos al Centro Comercial Sambil, en donde nos recibió la señora @crisch23 para llevarnos al punto donde la Street Workout Community realizaría la exhibición.
After a few minutes, we arrived at the Sambil Shopping Center, where we were met by Mrs. @crisch23 to take us to the point where the Street Workout Community would hold the exhibition.

START OF THE EVENT 🔥
El equipo de Staff y Protocolo procedieron a organizar a los atletas a un lado del escenario para que realizaran sus estiramientos-calentamientos antes de empezar con la exhibición. En el vídeo mostré algunos de los estiramientos que realicé. Luego de eso, pudimos escuchar a la presentadora que nos acompañó ese día y las palabras de nuestro líder (@manuelramos) dando un breve resumen acerca de Hive y el Proyecto de Street Workout Community a todo el público.
The Staff and Protocol team proceeded to arrange the athletes on one side of the stage to do their warm-up stretches before starting the exhibition. In the video I showed some of the stretches I did. After that, we could listen to the presenter who accompanied us that day and the words of our leader (@manuelramos) giving a brief summary about Hive and the Street Workout Community Project to the whole audience.

Se dió inicio a las exhibiciones de Calistenia con mi persona. Realicé primeramente una serie de Pull ups (Imagen 1), luego Fondos (Imagen 2) y por último las famosas Flexiones o Push Ups (Imagen 3).
The Calisthenics exhibitions started with me. I first performed a series of Pull ups (Image 1), then Dips (Image 2) and finally the famous Push ups (Image 3).

Seguidamente, continuamos con la exhibición de Street Workout en donde se inició con la Categoría Amateur, empezando por @joanfh-workout, luego por mi, y por último @jose-sw31.
Then, we continued with the Street Workout exhibition where we started with the Amateur Category, starting with @joanfh-workout, then me, and finally @jose-sw31.
Finalmente, se hizo entrega de los certificados, empezando por los Speakers que hicieron acto de presencia ese día. Luego a los Atletas de Street Workout Community y por último, a los Atletas Invitados del Estado Lara y Portuguesa.
Finally, certificates were handed out, starting with the Speakers who were present that day. Then to the Street Workout Community Athletes and finally, to the Guest Athletes from the State of Lara and Portuguesa.
