Extraordinary demand for Splinterlands cards in the lower levels

New players trying to establish themselves in the seasonal leagues have created a tremendous demand for cards in the lower levels.

The renting market nowadays seems to consist of only top levels and level ones.

As you can see in the picture above, there is but a handful for rent at levels two to eight, but a seemingly endless number of level ones.

This should tell the market that more cards are needed in supply at "lower levels".

This article was actually just meant to be an update to an earlier descriptive analysis of the impact of renting cards.

In the original article, I showed the graph for just one day, a bit of anecdotal evidence - if you will - that it pays off to rent cards.

Now, I have a few days more under the belt, I rented cards for a week (six days to be exact), and the result was even more convincing.

Costs for renting cards have been subtracted, so it very clearly shows a 💲 huge benefit 💲 of renting cards.

This absolutely validates the earlier observation, that everybody wants to rent cards in the "lower levels".

I should be annoyed and irritated that there's absolutely not a single card for rent at a decent (low) price anymore 😆 Clearly, the market mechanisms are working, so that supply and demand meet at an optimal price. Who would have guessed 😎🤑

Now I will concentrate on the next possible way to expand my investment and in this great card-wielding game.
