I agree with you.
Prices in metaverse are skyrocketing.
By the way, the speeds of prices increase in the metaverse and in the traditional Real Estate are not comparable. Financial cycles are completely different AND the metaverse is much more liquid than the Real Estate. With liquidity here, I am not referring to the total worth BUT to the frequency of money movements.
