My first Yoga Teacher Satsang in Italy and my father's 70th birthday
This weekend I am in Bologna for a national Satsang (from Sanskrit “association with the good”) of all Yoga and Tantra teachers from our school. It’s my first gathering where I am invited as I have officially started teaching the Yearly-Course last Monday after the approval of the Leaders of the School.

The weekend is quite dense: meditations and a lot of topics to be debated starting from the courses that are starting or that are going to start and new courses approaching Italy that previously were just being taught in other countries or languages.
I am the youngest of the group both under the age perspective and also the year of Yogic practice and therefore I always try to take active part in such meetings because it’s a great chance to grow, learn new things and evolve.
The Satsang lasts until Sunday lunch where we will be all headed back to our respective places and in particular, I am so happy that tomorrow lunch I will have my dad here at my place, having some homemade dishes prepared by @healthymary , especially based on Tigelle, that is a local dish that we have here in Modena (Emilia-Romagna in general).

Tomorrow, my dad has his 70th birthday and I am so happy to be able to celebrate it with him, that I will take a decent compromise of sleeping hours this weekend to make sure to fit everything I have to do.
My dad is quite a precise person and I had to negotiate with him making him accepting that we are going to have lunch at about 3pm, as before I will be heading back from Bologna, from the Italian Teacher Satsang. He suggested to reschedule to be more quiet another day but me and Mary are going to have a two following dense weekends among some working events and a mountain weekend.

So, gladly he accepted and tomorrow, we will have a great lunch with Tigelle, home-made sauces (Guacamole, Tzatziki, and another with pricely that is amazing). Then we are going to prepare some vegetables and salami that Mary’s parents prepare. I am not eating meat anymore since February so I will make sure that vegetable stuffs are not going to feel forgotten by me :D
