I noticed someone declined a payout. Is that good or bad? Sounds bad. But I expect as almost always there's more to the story. What happens with that money?
I read that STEEM loses power over time if it's left alone. Can someone please explain that? I've read articles on this but geez. Explanations get so convoluted and people disagree with each other. It's SO confusing. Further, based on your experience, how should STEEM be managed.
