contractile vacuole (CV) is a sub-cellular structure (organelle) involved in osmoregulation, found predominantly in protists and in unicellular algae. It was previously known as pulsatile or pulsating vacuole.

In the last 25 years, many other proteins with prion-like behavior have been identified in yeast and other fungi; two of the best-studied ones are of S. cerevisiae, the prion form of Sup35 protein that is one of the two subunits of the translation termination complex Sup35-Sup45, and of Podospora anserina

the newest idea, connecting things, how Malaria may be the key element to the Covid element, and why its making Prions.
sure looks like a Fungus-like Protist Bryozoa or worm symbiont, hyjacking mitochondria.
think ive come to the conclusion, this is the same exact thing, with circular DNA, i just think people having connected the dots yet.
Plasmid
Plastid
for the last year, thought they were completely separate phenomena.
if you match a Protist miDNA genome picture to the circular Plasmid, seems to look the same, its from extremophile gene heat shock protein, with an affinity to fungus or yeast, thats hyjack bacteria as phage.. its all the same critter.
its tricky how they patched all of this together, but Candida may have been used similar to how GMO yeast is used to make vaccines & mycoplasma modifications.
so its technically not the Candida itself, but can be used as a transport system.

juggling ideas around, the life extension technology, global brain (noosphere), Carbon 60 icosahedron & 3rd DNA.
i think Plasmid & Plastid mitochondrial miDNA is the same thing & foundation to this synthetic biosynthesis.
the general idea is not so bad, problem is, its going to be like a premium subscription basis, connecting to Skynet, and without the correct online frequencies, the synthetic microbes are deadly.
looking at the similarities between Plastid & Plasmid, its pretty dang close, same size, same location, both are connected to protozoa.
if not the same exact thing, its related somehow.
even looking at Quinine is an antifungal, antibacterial & protozoa.
Quinine is likely targeting both Plastid & Plasmid, because of the relationship, how it operates like a fungus or yeast like element.
the Plastid in Anthrax.. is linked to formation of Prion.
my suspension is the Circular DNA of Prion & Protist Plastid is a direct link.
my suspension is by combining Anthrax Plastid with Mycoplasma Plasmid, can create Amyloplast reactions into mitochondria Amyloidosis, and mislabeled a Prion or Virus.
looking at the digestive system of a cow, how bacteria help break down starch with multiple stomachs (Rumen, Reticulum, Omasum, Abomasum) leading me to suspect Bacillus Anthracis products important chemicals to the digestive process, but if the Anthrax Plasmid was to be genetically engineered via Horizontal Gene Transfer (GOF) to jump into Mitochondria, it would be called Mad Cow or Prion.
but humans dont eat directly from the soil in the same way, so this Anthrax Plasmid needs to be transferred into another kind of bacteria (Mycoplasma), small enough to bypass the immune system, go directly into cells & hyjack Mitochondria.

from an article explaining what B1 Thiamine is actually doing, its triggering two oppsite reactions, at the very smallest molecular level, Nitrogen (cold) goes one direction, Sulfur (hot) goes the other, clearing free radicals from DNA.
while our bodies like the redox reactions within mitochondria, any foreign elements get bound up in the crossfire.

if Apicoplast is a yeast-like fungi circular mitochondria DNA Parasite, and this is somehow related to a Plasmid, and both connected to Amyloid Plaque, which is similar to Biofilm, then Ion Homeostasis with Nitrogen Heterocyclic Alkaloid "Quinine Synthesis" may act as a Nitric Oxide & Metalloenzyme, and enzyme activator, similar to breaking up kidney stones using Alkali Citrate, Potassium/Sodium Citrate.
a paper talking about neutralizing Prion with Potassium Hydroxide, and another paper Brass (Copper/Zinc).
that was my project this weekend, i made it.
mix the correct blend of minerals, mostly Sodium, Magnesium, Calcium, Potassium, then a very small pinch of Copper, Zinc and the rest.
mix together with Citric acid powder, add a little water, low heat cook it until thickens up, maybe check the PH using the iodine drops.
just a couple drops in water..
Citric-Citrate Electrolytes Zwitterion lemon drops.
..
low boil heat
4 spoons of citric acid, in 4 shots of water, 4 spoons of each:: sea salt, calcium & potassium citrate, magnesium chloride.
attempted to drop PH by using Sodium Bicarbonate, even after no reaction occurred, the PH was still way too acidic, then used Sodium Hydroxide, even after that had no reaction, still way acidic, only by adding 8 spoons of Potassium Hydroxide did the PH stabilize more neutral.
