Although the apicoplast carries its own genome, most of its proteins are encoded by the cell nucleus and it is unclear how the organelle regulates its own proteome. Here, we show that a protease complex functions as a master regulator of apicoplast biogenesis.
Using null and conditional mutants, we demonstrate that the P. falciparum Clp protease (PfClpP) has robust enzymatic activity that is essential for apicoplast biogenesis. We developed a CRISPR/Cas9-based system to express catalytically dead PfClpP, which showed that PfClpP oligomerizes as a zymogen and is matured via transautocatalysis. The expression of both wild-type and mutant Clp chaperone (PfClpC) variants revealed a functional chaperone–protease interaction.

this is the basic idea, they were able to take the apicoplast outvof the protozoa, and put it into mycoplasma, that is capable of completely hyjacking the mitochondria & neurological systems.
so it is technically a fungus or algae Protist, originally from a Protozoa, transfered into a Bacteria, that is capable of mimicking biological processes via symbiogenesis.
i suspect they found the original specimen from northwestern chimpanzee liver or kidneys, that naturally evolved together.
meaning the chimpanzee & apicoplast made an evolutionary symbiogenesis.
but this symbiont relationship in any other species would become what appears a genetic or chronic disease, or an auto immune malfunction.

and all of this is related to Toxoplasma, its exactly the same thing, from cats to mice, and can rewire the brain, meaning its running through the neurological networks, possibly causing something like Amyloid cascade along the way.
still looking at a modified malaria protist that can be transferred into mycoplasma & mitochondria.
apparently horses are immune to amyloid, prions & snake venom.
and prion cant survive on brass = copper & zinc.
i mentioned to combine congo red & copper/zinc, and Kevin is looking into it.
Congo Red is kind of like the vinegar/minerals, but possibly heated up to Zwitterion, apposed to normally Ionic bonds.
possibly the vinegar minerals need to be PH neutral, and heated, to make Zwitterion.
otherwise my PH seems to jump around the normal way.
but nobody do anything until i try it first.
seems like my body is too acidic, and taking mineral complex and baking soda is good, but the actual medicine is something to do with the vinegar minerals, but it must be PH neutral, which the mineral complex does not complete, needing baking soda.
but its still in an Ionic bond form, so it falls apart quickly, so may need to become Covalent bond via heat.
but still not sure yet.
Calcium may be an important element, but the wrong kind of Calcium is not absorbed correctly, becomes plaque, but without the correct Calcium, Iron can become toxic via acids.
small amounts of regular vinegar minerals do help a regular cold & flu, but too much may cause a unbalance in PH.
