well, the mystery is solved, regarding the exact name & the pathways, now we can learn exactly what is happening.
this is slightly convoluted at first look, but its doing a very complicated series of things.
the word antagonist is misleading, because it means blocker, and what i believe we are doing is clearly the pathways Microglia, which then clears brain plaque, healing neurological pathways.
