By removing the Carbon & Oxygen, then becomes Protonation.

the idea is to Protonate an Acid-Base to the oppsite polarity of toxic charged lipids, grease, plaques ect.. essentially an enzyme activator.

skipping the butter & citric and for a little while, for detox, try Baking Soda & Charcoal, see if that helps break things up.
i was going too acidic from the Niacin & DMSO, and whatever else i was trying, and my PH Homeostasis went acidic, and the Baking Soda seems to have immediate helped & the Charcoal draws out whatever the body is rejecting threw the bile ducts.
my skin was getting dry, and the fish oil, D & E oils were not breaking the sweat glands, so i went full butterfat, and even still dry skin.
put Baking Soda on my skin & immediately the oils opened up, so that was the problem, too much acidic elements cascaded into overload, and the Bicarbonate broke that wall.
i assume that may also be going on inside the body as well.

the reason something like fish oil or vitamin D is better then McDonalds cooking grease, is because of the polarity of molecules, good vs bad charged lipid polarity.
point being, Castor oil can still do the identical function as vitamin D, specifically regarding transporting minerals.
