taking Vitamin C, Nician & MSM, the conclusion is it really does help, but must be buffered, not just with Baking Soda or Potassium Bicarbonate, but with Calcium, because this combination is a Chelation, and it pulls out Calcium, and once that happens, you get stomach acid, and acidic foods are too much.
it helps do a million different good things, but Calcium is a part of the equation.
