A new contrast agent called OTL38 consists of folate, a B vitamin, labeled with a dye. Receptors for folate are found on most cells, but many types of cancer cells have unusually large numbers of folate receptors on their surfaces. After a patient receives an intravenous (IV) injection of OTL38, the contrast agent flows throughout the body and binds to folate receptors. When exposed to light of a certain wavelength, tissues with high levels of OTL38-labelled receptors glow with fluorescent light.
my boss was about to get the scann, and his doctor decided against it, because the cancer dosnt appear to have spread, but once the dye scan is dont, it activates the latent cancer & would likely need chemo immediately afterwards.
regardless of what scan & die is used, once the cancer has been identified, or lit up, it becomes activated & wakes up from slow hibernation into rapid growth, seems strange for cancer to react like a parasite.
Folic Acid (B9) is used as the dye, & a specific frequency is used to light up the cancer, my question is what is that frequency & can it be used to kill the cancer?
