lemon is like a catalysis or flux for the Nician & MSM to break apart powerful free radical oxides.
Potassium is critical for bio electric processes, but the Potassium deposits shows that just taking more does nothing, it must be unbound to the radical oxides & reformed back into neurological systems.
Citric Acid turns the Niacin & MSM into a jackhammer & prybar to Oxide Radicals.

Ascorbic Acid
Vitamin C
Acidulant
it seems that Vitamin C & Nician together can behave like EDTA.
i dont think the chemical compounds need to be exactly or perfectly combined, as long as the core vitamins are pure, it will become a Glutathione trigger.
i think the caramelization of biomass will make the same thing, its not so much the foods, they only contain small amounts of Sulfur & Nitrogen, and the final dehydration of the carmel carbohydrates will create the Acidulant.
Niacin, Citric Acid & Vitamin C are manufactured synthetically, making the price much lower.
but by looking at the synthesis procedures, its looking like the caramelization idea will work ok.

a formula containing vitamin C, N-acetylcysteine, resveratrol, theaflavin, curcumin, quercetin, naringenin, baicalin, and broccoli extract
Vitamin C, plus NAC is the same as the Niacin & MSM parts.
the rest is Polyphenol
Niacin sure looks like Nitrogen connected to a Phenol.

It's late tonight, but I will try to explain the basic idea.
The core ingredients to medicine is antioxidant, but its not as simple as it sounds.
My theory is the root of chronic disease is an undefined form of parasite, Alphaproteobacteria, Nanobacteria, Nanobe & Mycoplasma.
The only cure to this kind of infection is by a strong electron bond in the oppsite polarity.
Only a couple things can achieve this in a nano size equivalent.
Ascorbic Acid (Acidulant)
Nician (Nicotinic Acid)
MSM (Methylsulfonylmethane)
This combination is the root core to all effective medications, including antibiotics.
I am trying my best to explain how & why it works so well.
The chemical processes is still not completely understood, so I rely on intuition & imagination as to why.
This combination of three supplements appears to have the same redox properties as Glutathione.
mycoplasma & nanobacteria dormancy phenomena is likely the time it takes to relocate potassium channels into potassium deposits, completely isolated from an infected area or node.
this is the biggest puzzle piece, why the dormancy & why the potassium deposits, beginning to think they are linked together.
what they do is activate electrolytes, specially potassium, breaking apart potassium deposits that cause malfunctions in neurological, metabolism, liver kidney.
something is telling me.. like when the sky is full of clouds, and only after lightning strikes across the sky, it begin to rain.

Cyclodextrins are prepared by enzymatic treatment of starch. Commonly cyclodextrin glycosyltransferase (CGTase) is employed along with α-amylase. First starch is liquified either by heat treatment or using α-amylase, then CGTase is added for the enzymatic conversion.

Acidulants are substances (organic or inorganic) which release hydrogen and a salt part in water solution. When the concentration of hydrogen ions goes up then the acidity of the whole system is increasing and the pH is decreasing.
Oxide catalytic process starts when oxygen attacks the double bonds of the fatty acid, and with the removal of a hydrogen atom forms a lipid radical L that, in contact with oxygen, once again forms the lipid peroxyl radical (LOO).
