i think.. regular citric acid from lemons is close enough to Vitamin C to be substituted.

i think it turns into NAC, ALA & Glutathione.

i had a bad cold for 5 days, took that combination & its gone in hours.

its a super antioxidant & antihistamine.

i was all boogered up coughing & sneezing, it all dried up in a few hours, just a hint of head pressure from a week of coughing, but it feels like its completely gone.

Vitamin C alone dosnt do that.

and i just used citric acid from lemon, with Niacin & MSM.

that combination seems to be really good.

trying hard to understand oxides & antioxidant process.

it appears Oxides are like plack built up, blocking normal biological functions & misfolding proteins.

antioxidants have a Hydrogen Ion to pull apart Oxides clusters.

making me suspect people with Kidney disease, build up Potassium because of Oxides binding or clogging the detox process.
