how small would they have to make a minimal genome vacation of Lyme to be difficult to detect, as in mycoplasma incognitus?

mycoplasma is capable or changing shape, depending upon environment, so it is nearly invisible in the body, only careful isolation process can the round shape be detected.. like amoeba.
