if Vitamin D3 Cholecalciferol is a good Cholesterol, and Nician flips bad Cholesterol into good, why is there no research papers connecting these reactions?

i suspect Nitrogen & Sulfur, NAC or Nician & DMSO would have some kind of impact on Cholecalciferol
