Nitrogen fertilization seemed to increase the biosynthesis of thymol and carvacrol to the disadvantage of a‐terpinene and p‐cymene.

thymol and carvacrol are the main chemicals of Oregano, yet categorized as Polyphenol, without nitrogen in the chemistry, but how does Nitrogen enhance the oil concentration if not part of the chemistry?

if you look up thymol and carvacrol, it never mentions Nitrogen, yet requires it to produce the chemicals.

this is why i just bypassed the official chemistry & developed my own conclusions.

its almost like the Nitrogen burn like Nician is not acknowledged in Oregano.

pure Oregano oil is so hot, in pure concentration it will burn the skin, like a mustard gas burn.

one little bottle of Oregano is like a 10 pounds of dry herb, and i cant even grow backyard weeds consistently, so i had to find a way to manufacture this same medicine by any means possible.

my conclusion was CHON (CHONPS) from biomass, has all the hot medicine, extracted by Pyrolysis.

unfortunately if too hot flips polyphenol CHONS into Phenol Carbonic Acid, and all the Sulfur & Nitrogen evaporates.

Nitrogen requires Sulfur to be safe & effective for biosynthesis to Redox correctly.
