the trick is DMSO & Nician are fantastic medicine, but seem to require something to carry, when i added the Mannose & Salt, it just settled to the bottom over time and was still runny, so i continued to add more Salt until the it stopped devolving, and filled the rest with with Mannose to thicken, enhancing the overall potency of the medicine.
