wonder how does the entire world population sign a petition for crimes against humanity? just stupid idea.

just seems like if the entire world has an internal arrest warrant, legal for citizens arrest, with no legal immunity whatsoever, and all assets banned from internal trade with legal binding to aiding & abetting international war criminals.
