i found a supplement replacement that does the thing.

the chemistry is the same, i just need to know we have the option to make tye medicine ourselves if need be.

in the meantime, this combination should be sufficient, the multivitamin contributes sulfur complex instead of just by itself, but this combination should be good enough.

i made it without boiling it, but it dried out my skin, i didnt know the amount of ash to mix, once it stops boiling is my conclusion.

like boiling water then add salt until it stops boiling at highest temperature.
