complex bacteria & yeast cultures naturally kill viruses with the chemicals produced.

i alternate this with rosemary & oregano mixed with olive oil internally.

there is no way i have it.

shake or stur fermentation regularly to kill off dangerous bacteria.

oxygen kills bad bacteria.
