Chlorine dioxide (ClO 2) is produced by reducing chlorate, normally supplied as sodium salts, in a sulfuric acid

..

acetic-acid (vinegar) enhanced sulphuric acids by high temperature.

Chlorine Dioxide

acetic acid (vinegar) is not strong enough by itself, but by boiling vinegar it increases the acidic levels significantly.

What is the difference between Chlorine and Chloride?

• Chloride is the reduced form of chlorine. Chloride has 18 electrons compared to seventeen electrons of chlorine, and both have seventeen protons. Therefore, chloride has a -1 charge whereas chlorine is neutral.

it looks like a strong acid will convert salt into MMS?

boiled vinegar makes concentrated acetic acid becomes corrosive.

ya, it would work i think.

my question is..

does this NO=OO process mimic what Chlorine Dioxide does, without toxicity?

NO to OO:
Nitric Oxide Dioxygen

if Acid converts Salt into Chlorine Dioxide & the SCOBY manufacture ON=OO.. then it is manufacturing all three together?

ionized minerals salts & nitrogen/oxygen gasses appear to be the key elements involved.
