Hey Steem Sports fans,
Normally I write about the shiny stuff. However, as a kid I put every darn dime I had into sports cards. I was obsessed. They were all I wanted. I wish I was into coins back then, but I wasn't.
Now here is my dilemma. My mom still lives in my childhood home. In that home, I still have one large possession there....my sports card collection. Frankly, it is worth pennies to the dollar on what it once was. So what should I do with it? I have thousands upon thousands of unsorted cards. Most aren't worth more than a nickel. Logistically it doesn't make much sense to sell many of them. There is little / no resale market and frankly, the stamp is probably worth more than an envelope of most of them.
I cannot bring myself to just toss them. Is there any charity that would be able to use some? Is there a creative way to resell them? What should I do with them? I still love sports, but just don't feel the same need to keep tons and tons of late 80s and 90s cards.

Have a great evening Steem folks! Keep stacking!
