I've shared a little bit of our New York City Trip with you all through Zappl, but really haven't had time to sit down and look through some of the pictures I took and share with you.
One of the images I took was during our Circle Cruise Line New York City Landmarks Tour. Now I have already said too much for those of you who know the city. But I was taking some pictures from the side of the boat when we hit a wave and a giant splash came up over the side. This is the resulting image.
I love the way the sunlight reflects through the hundreds of different water drops as they splash up. I have to admit, I was unprepared and ended up Soaked. But hey, these things happen when you are trying to get a good shot.
So if you are unfamiliar with the city and it's landmarks, I have shared the before, during and after pictures below. I was taking the pictures in series and this was literally one frame and it was gone. Lucky catch really.
