With no international plan on my phone, and the Children's Choir keeping us busy and away from wifi the majority of the day, I havent been able to post like i would like to this week in Costa Rica. There will be a lot more coming once i get settled in at home with full access to my computer, photos and internet.

For now, I share with you a foggy picture of our site seeing destination this morning, the crater of the Irazu volcano. It is the tallest Volcano in Costa Rica at 11,260 feet and has the distinction of erupting in 1963 during a visit to the country by US President John F. Kennedy shortly before his assassination. They say the volcano welcomed the President to the country.

This is a picture looking down into the crater where a lake has formed. Our guide told us that the lake actually dried up at one point, and just came back a couple of years ago. It used to be green, but now has a very cool blue color to it.

More to come!!
