This is going to be a short one. Because the length of the post really doesn't seem to have much bearing these days. All of my votes are automated, and so are most of my comments.

Take a look at the image above. All of the payouts are within 75 cents of each other, upvote counts range from 58-65 with the strange anomaly of the crypto post getting 164 votes with nearly no impact on the post payout, and the three circled comment numbers all come direct from bots.

In fact, I even managed to get the same vote value and comments out of a post titled Meep with the entire post content being Moop. That's it, Moop....

I am "losing STEEM" by not posting daily since I have automated votes coming in, but I just can't convince myself to come up with useful content to share with bots.

On the flip side, I can't (YET) bring myself to just automatically posting an image each day to collect those votes.

At the same time, I am not spending time getting out there and engaging either. I don't have the time to put in to this platform that I once did, so I guess I am part of the problem.

I was listening in to crimsonclad@crimsonclad today on her Saturday mspwaves@mspwaves show and she made a point about not waiting to Steem Inc to fix the platform for us. But if not Steem Inc then who? Not me, that's all I can really tell you. I don't have the time, background, or skills to bring back what seems like a mostly dead platform.
