If you haven't already, your next interview could be with a robot or, at the very least, artificial intelligence. It's everywhere and not going away anytime soon.
Companies are analyzing everything about you when you are interviewing, why? Because companies are looking for any edge they can get. And, most importantly, they are looking for that "perfect fit" (which, sssshhhhh, doesn't exist!)
