So far 2018 is going great with Steem prices going up, and Steemit continues to grow. I joined Steemit 6 months ago and this platform is amazing and has changed so many lives. As far as success, I haven't made a lot of money and my highest payout is around $10 for one blog post. Not bad, it's better than nothing. I don't consider myself a great writer at all so if someone upvoted my post, I am grateful.
It was exciting to join Steemit and I have met a lot of nice people and learned a lot too. I think my writing skills are improving but as the tag I am posting in says, I'm "untalented:" I guess. Otherwise I would be earning hundreds of dollars per post like some members are fortunate enough to do. members like 
There are so many stories I could write about but I just need to get comfortable with sharing things that are personal. I have some funny stories too, some that were not funny at the time but when looking back, it's funny.
I hope to get to know more of the members here and of course, earn some money. Investing in Steem would be a smart choice and I will buy more during the next dip.
