There should be people with superior leadership qualities working to add value to the coin/token.

The infrastructure supporting the token must be constantly improving.

I've learned these 2 lessons the hard way, I would argue that the first one is probably more important than anything else.

You can have the greatest idea to ever exist, but without leadership, you're just creating ideas for smarter and more driven people to steal from you.
